Work and Fellowship Days
Camp Nathanael also needs individuals that are willing to dedicate
a day, weekend, or week to carry out our mission for God's glory.
Please consider planning to help during one or more of the "work
days" for Camp Nathanael:
Camp Work & Fellowship Dates
(For guys and gals of all Ages!)
April 5, 19
May 3, 17, 31 June 7
Please
contact Jim Schroeder at (612)
685-4448 or Doug Hoglund at (952) 891-1680 to sign up for any
of the above dates. Lunch and hot beverages will be
provided.
Layman
A layman is
an adult counselor who comes up to camp
for a week and stays in a cabin with a group of boys. As
a layman you would participate in cabin period, help lead Bible Exloration, assist in teaching
one of our crafts and be a positive role
model for the boys. You will be partnered with a trained non-com in
the cabin. If you would like more info please contact
Camp Director, Gary Maloney.
Freshman Workcrew
If you will be entering 9th grade or above this fall, you can
be a part of the "freshman workcrew"for a week. These
guys come up to camp free, but work hard on the grounds and kitchen
crews. It's a great chance to see what being a camp counselor
is like while helping Nathanael. If you would like more info please
check the box located on the registration card or contact
Camp Director, Gary Maloney.
Non-Com
If
you are entering 10th or 11th grade you could apply to become
a non-com.
These guys are the Camp Nathanael backbone during the summer months.
They are our primary counselors and lifeguards. They lead cabins,
crafts, games, Bible Ex, skits, songs, and much much more. Non-coms
raise support to cover the costs of training,
and are at Camp all summer. If you are interested contact
Camp Director, Gary Maloney.
